The parking lot is a war zone because of carts left unattended and frequent wind. These pictures from May 7th, 2017 at KMart in Bridgehampton, at 8:30 AM on a Sunday morning. There was almost $800 in damage to my car. The Kmart staff in the store including the manager of the store pretty much told me to get the F out when I told them about the damage to my car. The damage occured on the property Kmart used for business, and it was directly because the Kmart management let the shopping carts fly around the parking lot in high wind totally unattended. I went to court (5 hour round trip from my home in Northern Jersey) and the judge told me unless I had proof that someone was responsible for doing it I could not get compensated by the store.
